Requirement: Purchase and installation of solar PV systems only in existing public buildings (buildings must have a certificate of occupancy prior to application).
Federally recognized tribal governments, K-12 school districts, local governments, public higher education institutions, public retail electric utilities, and state agencies.

A leader within the energy space with a focus on business investment, he is responsible for the business development of multiple businesses and the solar manufacturing sector. He is currently working on bringing solar manufacturing to Tacoma, WA, and is seeking to open a new manufacturing plant for LED trails within Tacoma, WA.
Ryan is an operating business development manager at Slibfab Solar, which has a manufacturing location in Washington State and is one of the few manufacturers in the Pacific Northwest.
Matt is Omnidian's community solar and commercial sales representative. Omnidian helps organizations and buildings manage their solar systems and ensures that they are reporting and operating to generate the energy they should. Lydia helps provide a solar guarantee to projects, ensuring that they are always operating and generating the energy they should.

Andrea is the executive director of Spark Northwest, and their organization helps to find supportive funding for solar projects. They have helped to find funding for projects all over the Pacific Northwest, including assisting on projects with Edwin from Sphere Solar Energy and Adam Powers from Key Tech Labs.
Stephanie works at Craft 3, which is a CDFI (Community Development Financial Institution) that helps provide funding and support to communities and small businesses for their projects. They specialize in gap funding and providing financial support to projects like solar projects. They will be a crucial piece of the puzzle as we seek reimbursement grants and gap funding to support projects completing on time and under budget. .
Franz is the founder and CEO of Raise Green, a platform that helps raise funds and teaches the community how to galvanize in crowdfunding to create funding support for the capital stack. He is also well connected to tax equity investors and will be bringing those investors to the table for our large megawatt and up systems.
Evan is part of the African Town Community Land Trust and their newly formed African Town CDFI, with whom we have already had brief conversations about developing a solar loan product. This solar loan would be part of the capital stack towards financially supporting solar projects in minority-serving areas and institutions, helping to support the community's energy needs.

Adam Powers has extensive experience in providing technical assistance to businesses in their development and administrative processes. He has helped develop multiple applications for RFPs and grants, successfully acquiring over $2.5 million in funding for various nonprofit organizations. In addition, he has integrated emerging technologies like AI into the RFP and project management processes, and he utilizes a unique story-based strategy approach to project development and management.
Ryan Taylor is the founder of Golden Gift Consulting, where they focus on providing technical assistance for businesses in the Pacific Northwest and minority businesses. They have also completed contracts with large government agencies, including the Washington Department of Commerce.
The founder of CDD is an expert developer who has developed large-scale projects in WA, MD, and IL. He is lending his expertise as an advisor and providing technical assistance to the contract process as a general contractor with multiple years of experience dealing with and constructing large-scale projects.

Sarah is the workforce development manager at Sphere Solar Energy. She will be the lead for the Solar Training and Solar workshop.
Adam is the ED of Key Tech Labs and the developer of the current green e-learning platform. He is a certified Department of Energy Certified Community Solar Developer and brings that expertise to this project. Additionally, he has a background in curriculum development and has built a Bespoke Learning Management system for solar and green businesses to help onboard new employees.
Trevor Lane is a leader in education and innovation and is an associate professor at Washington State University. Currently, he is developing micro-certification programs and supporting other micro-certification programs focused on workforce development. In addition, he is working on innovative projects such as greenhouses that are heated by bitcoin mining servers, creating an ecosystem for food generation and implementing emerging technology.
Jamie is leading the youth build team at Seattle Youth Build and helping to create the next generation of construction and green energy professionals. They host their program on-site at Seattle College in Georgetown, where they have a wonderful hybrid location that hosts both a classroom and a workshop. Students learn to build everything from a bench to a tiny house and are now learning about green and renewable energy through their partnership with Key Tech Labs.
Roz is a leader within the organization of Emerald City Collaboratives and is helping to create electrical pathways for our community to enter into the green energy industry. She is helping to establish multiple programs that would provide more direct pathways and workforce development opportunities to communities of color in the construction and green industries, as well as the electrical field.
Mind seekers focus on recruitment and placement events. They are a leader in workforce development and recruiting and placement. They will be helping with outreach and event management for our solar recruiting and outreach events.

Adam Powers is the founder of the Burien Solar Punk Festival and will be leading the development and launch of the Tacoma Solar Punk Festival. He brings his experience and research from organizing outdoor and solar-specific festivals to Tacoma.
Deena is the Founder of Iurban Teen, and they will be focused on community outreach for this project. They will help host STEM events like the Community Solar Fairs and manage some afterschool programs focused around the project.
ED of Access2 focuses on recruitment and placement events. They are a leader in workforce development, recruiting, and placement. They will be helping with outreach and event management for our solar recruiting and outreach events.
